Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

Account information. When you sign up we collect your email address and authentication credentials (via GitHub OAuth or email/password). Passwords are never stored in plaintext; authentication is handled by Convex Auth.

App profiles. When you add an app you describe (name, description, monetization, links, tone), that information is stored on our servers so the agent can extract your audience and find relevant subreddits.

Reddit username (optional). You can connect a Reddit username so the agent can run the account-health check (karma, age, shadowban risk). We never request or store your Reddit password — all reads happen via the public Reddit API.

Agent activity. We log when the agent ran for each of your apps, which subreddits it scanned, which posts/comments it scored, and the drafts it generated for you. This data is used solely to power the dashboard and avoid re-scoring posts you've already seen.

Payment information. Payment processing is handled by Dodo Payments. We do not store credit card numbers, bank accounts, or other financial data on our servers.

2. How we use your information

• Run the autonomous lead-finding agent on your behalf
• Surface high-intent threads and AI-drafted replies in your dashboard
• Process payments and manage subscriptions
• Send transactional emails (account verification, password reset, important account changes)
• Monitor for abuse and enforce our Terms of Service

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. AI processing

The agent uses third-party AI models (via OpenRouter) to extract your audience and pain points from your app description, score Reddit threads for buying intent, and draft replies. When the agent runs, the following data is sent to the AI provider for processing: your app description, the public Reddit posts/comments being scored, and subreddit rules. We do not send your email, payment data, or Reddit credentials to any AI provider.

4. Reddit data

We access publicly available Reddit data through Reddit's official API: public subreddit metadata, post and comment listings, rules, and karma/age stats on opt-in usernames. We do not access private messages, drafts, non-public posts, or any data behind a Reddit login.

5. Data storage and security

Your data is stored securely on Convex (our backend provider). We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (HTTPS), authentication tokens, and access controls. No method of electronic storage is 100% secure, but we apply best practices and limit access strictly to operational needs.

6. Data retention

• Account data: Retained for the lifetime of your account. Deleted within 30 days of account deletion.
• App profiles + watchlists: Retained for the lifetime of your account; deleted when you delete the app.
• Agent lead history: Individual leads are auto-purged after 24 hours so the dashboard stays focused on currently actionable threads.
• Scored-post ledger: Internal dedup records of which Reddit posts/comments the agent has already evaluated. Auto-purged after 30 days.

7. Third-party services

We use the following third-party services:

• Convex: Backend database and real-time sync
• OpenRouter: AI model routing for extraction, scoring, and drafting
• Dodo Payments: Payment processing
• Reddit API: Public subreddit + user data access
• GitHub: OAuth authentication (optional)

Each service has its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them.

8. Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Export your data in a portable format
• Withdraw consent for optional data processing

9. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or behavioral tracking cookies. We use Google Analytics for basic, aggregate page-view stats — no personally identifying data is sent.

10. Children's privacy

The Service is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
