1. Information We Collect

Account Information: When you sign up, we collect your email address and authentication credentials (via GitHub OAuth or email/password). We do not store passwords directly; authentication is handled by Convex Auth.

Reddit Username: You may optionally provide your Reddit username to enable account health checks, karma tracking, and personalized campaign plans. We do not access your Reddit password or private messages.

Usage Data: We collect data about how you use the Service, including subreddits analyzed, posts composed, features used, and campaign progress. This data is used solely to provide and improve the Service.

Payment Information: Payment processing is handled by Dodo Payments. We do not store credit card numbers, bank account details, or other financial data on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
• Generate personalized Reddit campaigns and content suggestions
• Process payments and manage subscriptions
• Send transactional emails (account verification, password reset)
• Monitor for abuse and enforce our Terms of Service

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. AI Processing

The Service uses third-party AI models (via OpenRouter) to generate content, analyze subreddits, and provide recommendations. When you use AI features, your input (subreddit names, post topics, product descriptions) is sent to these AI providers for processing. We do not send your personal information (email, Reddit password) to AI providers.

4. Reddit Data

We access publicly available Reddit data through Reddit's official API, including public subreddit metadata, post listings, rules, and activity patterns. We cache subreddit analysis reports to reduce API calls and improve performance. We do not access private Reddit data, direct messages, or non-public content.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely on Convex (our backend provider). We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (HTTPS), authentication tokens, and access controls. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

6. Data Retention

• Account data: Retained for the lifetime of your account. Deleted within 30 days of account deletion.
• Draft posts: Automatically deleted after 14 days.
• Subreddit reports: Cached for performance; may be refreshed periodically.
• Ghost Watch data: Retained for 30 days, then automatically cleaned up.

7. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Convex: Backend database and real-time sync
• OpenRouter: AI model routing for content generation
• Dodo Payments: Payment processing
• Reddit API: Public subreddit data access
• GitHub: OAuth authentication (optional)

Each service has its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Export your data in a portable format
• Withdraw consent for optional data processing

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. No third-party analytics cookies are used.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
