Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RedditMap ("the Service"), operated by RedditMap ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

RedditMap is a SaaS platform that helps users analyze Reddit communities, compose Reddit-native content, monitor post visibility, and plan Reddit distribution strategies using AI-powered tools. The Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Reddit, Inc.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old.

4. Subscription and Payments

RedditMap offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed through our payment processor (Dodo Payments). By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges at the applicable rate.

• Monthly Plan: Billed monthly. Cancel anytime; access continues through the end of the billing period.
• Lifetime Plan: One-time payment for permanent access to Pro features as they exist at the time of purchase.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 7 days of purchase if you believe a refund is warranted.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate Reddit's Terms of Service or Content Policy
• Automate posting, voting, or engagement on Reddit through the Service
• Use the Service for spam, harassment, or manipulation of any platform
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service
• Use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the Service

6. AI-Generated Content

RedditMap uses AI to generate content suggestions, post drafts, comment drafts, and analysis. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and posting any AI-generated content. We do not guarantee that AI output will be accurate, appropriate, or compliant with any platform's rules.

7. Reddit Data

The Service accesses publicly available Reddit data through Reddit's API. We do not store Reddit credentials. Subreddit analysis, heatmaps, and other data-driven features reflect publicly available information and may not be real-time accurate.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by RedditMap. Content you create using the Service (posts, drafts, comments) belongs to you. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to account bans, shadowbans, post removals, or lost revenue on Reddit or any other platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in abusive behavior. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless required by law.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
