Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RedditMap ("the Service"), operated by RedditMap ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

RedditMap is a SaaS platform that runs an autonomous AI agent on your behalf. The agent scans publicly available Reddit content, scores threads for buying intent, and drafts replies you can review and post manually. The Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Reddit, Inc.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to access the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old.

4. Subscription and Payments

RedditMap offers two paid plans. There is no permanent free tier. Paid plans are billed through our payment processor (Dodo Payments). By subscribing you authorize the applicable charge.

• Monthly ($29/mo): Includes a 3-day free trial before the first charge. Billed monthly thereafter. Cancel anytime in the dashboard — access continues through the end of the billing period.
• Lifetime ($179, one-time): Single payment for permanent access to all current and future product features. No free trial; eligible for refund under the policy below.

5. Refunds

We offer a 3-day refund window on both plans, no questions asked. After 3 days, refunds are not available because the trial period (or the lifetime evaluation window) already gave you time to confirm the product fits your workflow. Full details on the refund policy page.

6. Scan and usage limits

To keep the product reliable and API costs predictable, agent scans are capped at 2 per app per rolling 24 hours. Each scan pulls a full day of posts, so this cap reflects full coverage of the subreddits in your watchlist. AI-drafted reply generation is also capped at 200 per day per account. We reserve the right to adjust limits to maintain service quality and prevent abuse; material changes will be communicated in advance.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate Reddit's Terms of Service or Content Policy
• Automate posting, voting, or engagement on Reddit through the Service (the agent never posts on your behalf — you do)
• Use the Service for spam, harassment, or manipulation of any platform
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service
• Use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the Service

8. AI-Generated Content

RedditMap uses AI to generate content suggestions, reply drafts, and post drafts. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and posting any AI-generated content. We do not guarantee that AI output will be accurate, appropriate, or compliant with any platform's rules.

9. Reddit Data

The Service accesses publicly available Reddit data through Reddit's API. We do not request, store, or use Reddit account credentials. Subreddit analysis and other data-driven features reflect publicly available information and may not be real-time accurate.

10. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by RedditMap. Content you create using the Service (posts, drafts, replies) belongs to you. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to account bans, shadowbans, post removals, or lost revenue on Reddit or any other platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in abusive behavior. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless required by law.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
