Quick answers
Things people ask most. If yours isn't here, just email.
I haven't received my first lead yet
First scans usually complete within 1-2 minutes. If 10+ minutes have passed, your subreddit watchlist may be empty or contain dead subs — check your app settings page.
How do I cancel my subscription?
One click in the dashboard under Settings → Billing. Your access continues through the end of the billing period.
The agent's replies don't fit my voice
Update your app's Tone setting (casual / professional / founder-led) on the app detail page. The agent will use the new tone on the next scan.
Can I export my leads?
Not yet — but tell us you need it and we'll prioritize. Most users found this useful enough to ship soon.
I think the AI scored a thread wrong
Send us the post URL — the more bad-call examples we get, the better we can tune the scoring prompt.
For abuse reports or legal inquiries, use the same email and we'll route it appropriately. For payment-specific issues, see the refund policy.
