Refund Policy

The short version

Tell us within 3 days of being charged and we'll refund you in full, no questions asked. The 3-day window applies to both plans — on monthly it stacks on top of the free trial, on lifetime it's your evaluation window after purchase. After 3 days, all sales are final.

1. Monthly plan

The monthly plan ($29/mo) includes a 3-day free trial before you're charged. If you cancel during the trial, you pay nothing. If you decide within 3 days of your first charge that RedditMap isn't for you, email us and we'll refund the full amount.

After the 3-day window, monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. You can cancel anytime in the dashboard — your access continues through the end of the billing period.

2. Lifetime plan

The lifetime plan ($179, one-time) has no free trial. We offer the same 3-day refund window from the purchase date so you can confirm the product fits your workflow.

After 3 days, lifetime purchases are final. This isn't to be difficult — it's because lifetime is priced as a one-time commitment that funds the product's ongoing API and infrastructure costs.

3. How to request a refund

Email pritamfinds@gmail.com from the email address on your account. Include:

• The plan you purchased (monthly or lifetime)
• The date of charge
• Optional: a quick note on what didn't work — helps us improve, but you're not obligated to explain

Refunds are processed within 5 business days back to the original payment method via Dodo Payments. We'll send a confirmation email when the refund is issued.

4. What isn't refundable

• Any charge older than 3 days (from charge date for monthly, from purchase date for lifetime)
• Partial-month or pro-rated refunds on cancelled monthly plans
• Refund requests for chargebacks or disputes opened with your bank before contacting us

5. Cancellation vs refund

Cancelling stops future charges but doesn't refund past ones. You can cancel anytime in the dashboard. If you also want a refund on a charge made within the last 3 days, follow the email process above — cancellation alone doesn't trigger one.
